Sara who I mostly communicated was fine but getting my shoes to and from me and then there would be days and days of no communication I had no idea where my shoes were. And then after I ordered a size 8 and they didn’t fit so I sent them back I ordered an 8.5 and they were almost as small as the size 8s. And I didn’t even get my free pair of new balance socks. So my experience was not great.
